So far, so good

Well after 3 full days at my new job, I’m still smiling and happy to get up in the morning and goto work again. I’m sure the money has something to do with it and the fact that this new company is small enough that I’m not being pulled in 10 different directions at once. One of the first things I did was put in Liberum Help Desk to help me manage the issues that I need to deal with each day and also to cover my ass.My boss is impressed with it and very happy that I brought it to the company. I know I’m going to regret putting this in place but the way I see it, if it helps me manage my daily duties and helps cover my ass when someone said that they asked for a problem to be fixed, I can go back and show that it was never sent to me through the proper channels.
