TIA’s are back, TGIF.

Well last Sunday I had another attack and in turn ended up in a vehicle with flashing lights, siren blaring, needles in my arms again, etc. Not really sure what happened other then I was outside doing yardwork, (mowing the lawn, trimming, digging a hole deeper next to the deck for my wife’s pond that she loves so much) and then I started shaking and my left side started getting weak. I managed to get into the house and tried to take a drink of pop but couldn’t hold onto the glass. I managed to call my wife, thank god for speed dial on my Blackberry and tried to tell her what was going on. She rushed home from the store and got a neighbor to help her get me out into her car to take me to the local ER Clinic.

I was NOT going to another hospital because I’m tired of the same old tests being ran with the same outcome. Well I guess since I wasn’t able to speak or do anything, they had an ambulance there within 5 minutes I think of me getting to the door and dropping down, my wife and 10 year old son wasn’t strong enough to keep my redneck ass held up so after she informed them what was happening to me, I was in a room waiting for the ambulance to show up.

So that’s how my week started out. About the only good thing so far has been the weather. I’d love to be out on a golf course right now or better yet, out in a boat with a cooler of soda, my kids and wife, fishing poles and old Hank playing on the radio. Maybe this weekend we’ll try to get to one of the local fishing ponds.
